About this Cause

Kundiman is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing generations of writers and readers of Asian American literature. Through our programs, we initiate support for each other, observing time and time again, how our collective strength triumphs. Kundiman is fundraising to ensure this necessary work continues. Our programs are at risk, due to funding cuts across the literary landscape. But we remain committed to amplifying Asian American writers, whose art reminds us of the importance of equity and solidarity. With your help, we will build community for thousands in 2026 through our Readings and Panels, Online Classes, Regional Groups, and Retreat. Thank you for joining us in this work.
